Joe and Jane Cross listed and sold our personal home back in 2007. It went so well that we decided to work with them again in 2018 to sell our current home. With their help, our home went "under contract" in less than one week. First, they were extremely knowledgeable about the market and helped us determine the best listing price. They were much better prepared than other agents we met with. They had excellent market study information. Second, they provided beautiful marketing material with extreme attention to detail. Finally, they were very helpful with the negotiating and other tasks that involve selling a nice home in Buckhead. I highly recommend them to anybody buying or selling a home!
